Langley Jewish Community Chabad’s Story:

Langley Jewish Community Chabad is a division of the Centre for Judaism of the Lower Fraser Valley.

In August of 1994 Rabbi Falik and Simie Schtroks founded the Centre For Judaism of the Lower Fraser Valley located in the beautiful neighborhood of Ocean Park in South Surrey. From then until today they tirelessly serve the needs of the Jewish community in Surrey, Delta, Langley, Abbotsford and Chilliwack. With much dedication and love, they successfully built a vibrant Jewish community for the entire region.

As the community continues to grow, a new division of the Centre for Judaism was created. Langley Jewish Community Chabad focuses on serving the needs of the community in the Langley area.

Rabbi Bentzion was born and raised in South Surrey, Canada. Passionate about making a difference, Bentzion has been building Jewish community in Langley since April of 2019.

Our future is bright and limited only by a lack of imagination. Let us all grow together!
