Eating Matzah on Passover is one of the most central Mitzvot of the Passover holiday.
Some love the taste, some don't ("is this cardboard I'm eating?!") but all would agree that there is nothing that brings us back to the nostalgia of Bubby's/Savta’s house quite like eating Matzah.
The Talmud describes Matzah as being both "Bread of Healing" as well as "Bread of Faith" (read more HERE), and who can't use a bit of healing and faith in a time like this!
